Our studio promotes an inclusive and welcoming environment. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination or behavior that creates a hostile atmosphere for staff or members.

While we strive to ensure all classes start on time and as advertised, they may be subject to changes or cancellations without prior notice. Noble Pilates is not liable for refunds, transfers, or compensation for classes that are late, changed, or canceled for any reason.

To maintain class flow, please arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted to avoid disrupting the class.

In the event of a class cancellation, you will be notified via text, phone, or email, and your session will be credited back to your account.

Class bookings require payment at the time of reservation. Classes are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Noble Pilates is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you are in the studio.

We reserve the right to refuse entry at any time. Instructors may also turn away clients at their discretion.

Clients must adhere to the guidelines provided on the use of Reformers and other studio equipment. Failure to follow instructions may result in being asked to leave the class and forfeiting the session.

Participation in classes at Noble Pilates involves physical activity, and you voluntarily assume the risk of personal injury or death. By participating, you agree to follow all instructions given by our instructors, acknowledging that failure to do so is at your own risk.

Noble Pilates is not liable for any injury, loss of property, or death that occurs while attending classes in our studio.

We occasionally use social media for advertising, which may involve filming or taking pictures during classes. If you prefer not to be included in such media, please inform the instructor before the class begins. While we control our official content, we cannot control what clients post on their personal social media accounts.

By booking and participating in a class, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.

PRICING

All prices are accurate at the time of online publication and are subject to change without notice.

Unexpected supply issues or demand spikes may result in stock unavailability.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing or printing errors.

REFUNDS

All sales are final. Noble Pilates does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions on services or products due to change of mind, change of address, or any other reasons. Extensions on class packages may be considered in cases of sudden injury, illness with a medical certificate, or any unforeseen lockdowns.

PAYMENTS

Noble Pilates reserves the right to charge clients for any additional bank fees incurred from disputed or failed transactions.

Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment system. Noble Pilates is not responsible for any extra fees resulting from insufficient funds during transactions.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Promotional Offer Coupons are limited to one per person.

The redemption code is applied at checkout when booking your class.

Redeeming promotional offers more than once will be charged at the regular class rate. Additional penalties may apply.
